Shipping policy

We'll ship your orders within 24 to 36 hours after payment has been received and confirmed (except for Sunday and holidays). You will receive an update from us as soon as your order has been shipped.

 For Metro Manila customers:

Standard shipping (via LBC): 1 to 2 business days

Standard shipping (via Fastrack): 2 to 4 business days

Pickup (via Grab, Lalamove, or other third-party couriers): Please get in touch with us once payment is completed for the exact pickup address and pickup schedule.

For customers outside Manila:

Standard shipping (via LBC): 3 to 5 business days depending on the location
